Vanilla and Chocolate Waffle Stack

- 1 store bought chocolate cake mix
- 1 store bought vanilla cake mix
- 1 tub vanilla or chocolate icing
- 4 Ferrero Rocher, crushed
Method
- Preheat the Sunbeam waffle maker by plugging it in and selecting your shade preference.
- Follow vanilla cake packet instructions and make batter. (You may need a little more milk, to thin out the mixture).
- Fill the cup measure to the top with batter and carefully pour into the top of the machine. Once the waffle is cooked, remove it and repeat three times.
- Follow chocolate cake packet instructions and make batter. (You may need a little more milk, to thin out the mixture)
- Fill the cup measure to the top with batter and carefully pour into the top of the machine. Once the waffle is cooked, remove it and repeat three times.
- Follow icing instructions and set aside.
- Assemble the stack by placing a chocolate waffle on the desired plate or cake stand. Top the waffle with icing and add a vanilla waffle on top. Repeat alternating the waffles and adding icing each time.
- Pour icing over the top waffle and finish by adding Ferrero Rocher.
Cook's Tip
Use chocolate and vanilla icing (or cream!) and alternate each layer.
