Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (350g) pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 5 anchovy fillets, drained
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 5-6 fresh basil leaves, washed
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except olive oil in the bowl of your Sunbeam Cafe Series® Food Processor and process until all ingredients are finely chopped.

  2. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil, until mixture becomes a thick paste. Serve with crusty bread.
