Turn grill on and pre heat for 3-4 mins.
Cook zucchini until soft, set aside.
Add spinach and cook for 1 – 2 mins until wilted, set aside.
Top bread with avocado, spinach, cheese, zucchini, and pesto, and add bread slice on top.
Close lid and grill for about 4-5 mins until golden brown.
