Ingredients
- 500g good quality vanilla ice-cream
- 4 x double espresso shots, 4 x 160ml glasses
- Hazelnut or almond liqueuer
Method
- Press 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the base of pre-chilled serving glasses. Top with a loose scoop of ice cream.
- Pour a double shot of hot espresso over the top. Serve immediately.
